CANCELLATIONS
If you need to move  or cancel a lesson you need to give us 36 hours notice as cancellation policy  applies.
Weekend lessons cannot be cancelled.

BLOCK BOOKINGS
All Block Bookings must be paid for in advance to receive the reduced rate.

Block bookings are not cash refundable

Payments and Block bookings made in advance will expire within a year from purchase.

The hourly discount only applies to block bookings that have been paid in advance and completed; In the event of requesting a refund before completing all the hours, the full hour rate will be applied to the hours taken.

PRACTICAL TEST
We reserve the right to withdraw the car for test without notice, should the pupil not be up to test standard.

RESPONSIBILITY
We cannot be held responsible for postponements of lessons due to illness or mechanical breakdown.

Driving Test Cancellation Policy; Any test cancelled within four working days before the test date will be fully refundable to the pupil. In regards to any test being cancelled on the day by the DVSA due to strike’s or weather conditions. EMR SOM does not take any responsibility for any out-of-pocket expenses and a full payment  for the driving test car hire is still required.


We may  need to move lessons around due to a test. We will let you know  as soon as we possibly can.
